She has addressed different segment of people. Like industrial labourers, corporates middle level, upper level Directors and CEOS. COLLEGE Principals Vice Principals and students, Counselling done for 600 taxi drivers and 300 juvenile inmates.

She is also professionally qualified as a Customs Broker but her passion towards giving back to the society has made her to be in the Education and training line. Her social responsibility towards the development of the society has made her a most professional and qualified Corporate Trainer, Empowerment and personal branding coach. She is professionally qualified Therapist.

Within 3 years she has conducted 60 TTWS and 3 Implementation programs.Her hard work has been appreciated and she was awarded as Sadanai Penmani by Doordarshan and has been Interviewed by leading Indian Television Channels Jaya TV, Vijay TV, and Podigai TV. She did a special program and interviewed by Podigai TV on Women Empowerment. SUN TV News channel has also interviewed her. She has been featured in Womation magazine. She has been appreciated as best teacher by Chinmaya mission and awarded by Lions Clubs International and NGOs for her professionalism in conducting the meetings and conventions. Raghuram is a multi-faceted and a die-hard optimist with many noteworthy professional, corporate and global achievements. His passion, dedication and determination with rich understanding of corporate strategies rises from his nearly 35 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing with brands like Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Sony, Usha, Avery with the last assignment as business head for Toyota in Oman. He strongly believes in every improvement there lies excellence and through continuous improvement everyone can discover the Winner in them and achieve greater purpose in life.
Raghuram’s Vision in life is to transform the lives of as many people as he can till his last breath. He believes that “the time and effort an individual and team give, will never come back into their lives again”. Hence, his focus, intent, and energies are towards giving them a worthwhile transformational experience, high-end learning, and help them break barriers and experience Peak Performance in the areas they desire and deserve.
Raghuram Krishnamurthy is an Economics Graduate and a Post Graduate in Business Administration. Having worked in senior management positions in India and at various overseas locations he has the experience of interacting, managing and guiding people with different international cultures. He is a man who struggled, failed, and surged ahead in search of success, happiness, and contentment. Having seen a lot of ups and downs in life, his Mission is to make “Winners out of People”.
He is a certified “Corporate Trainer” well versed in Languages English, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
